Ukraine’s Deputy Defense Minister Hana Malyar said on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces have made slight progress against Russian forces on the outskirts of Bakhmut, in eastern Ukraine.
Stressing that the Ukrainian forces still control the southwestern suburbs of the city.
