During the vigil, the activists wore large masks for the faces of the G7 leaders who will meet in Hiroshima, Japan, on Friday, accusing them of negligence and indifference to the problem.
Oxfam says that famine kills one person every second in some areas of Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan and Somalia.
