A man will face court charged with murder following a pre-arranged fight after which he allegedly dumped his opponent on a western Sydney street and left him to die.
Police allege two men were involved in the fight before a body was found on Georgina Ave in Melonba, near Mount Druitt, about 8.45am on Friday.
A mother was walking along the path with her two children when they came across the scene of terror.
Police allege the fight took place at a house 700 meters from where the man’s body was found, before he was allegedly taken away by car.
CCTV footage from the street shows a black car leaving the scene.
Shortly afterward, officers were alerted to a nearby collision involving a parked car whose driver had not stopped.
Police identified the vehicle as the one that had been used to transport the victim to the street where she was found.
Cage fighter Bradley Fletcher, 38, has been charged with murder after he was allegedly found hiding in nearby bushes.
