And on Friday, the Swedish-Australian model Kelly Gale showed off her tight physique in sportswear while training in the gym.

The 24-year-old Victoria’s Secret star worked on her flexibility, abs and ‘booty’ during the sweat session.

Kelly wore a black crop top and leggings and shared excerpts from her workout on Instagram for fans.

For some gymnastics exercises she used a loot band to form her figure. Next to her were weights and a practice ball.

She made sure she stretched during the session and then enjoyed a run outside, saying that she becomes faster and stronger after doing running intervals on the beach.

“I got used to running intervals in the soft sand on the beach, which makes running here seem simple,” she said.

It is not the first time that Kelly has shared fragments of her training routines.

In January, Kelly told fans that she’s not a sports addict and that she hasn’t weighed herself since she was thirteen.

She also recommended getting enough sleep, explaining that she was aiming eight hours a night, but could easily sleep up to 12 hours or more.

Kelly said she builds muscle with clean food and regular training sessions, but when it comes to fitness, she opts for tennis and walking around the gym.

When it comes to losing weight on her legs specifically, the brunette recommends cardio, skipping and boxing.
