Victoria’s trip to the French Riviera comes a week after attending a series of shows during Paris Fashion Week.
The model showed off her long legs in the front row at the Elie Saab and Georges Chakra Haute Couture shows.
Victoria first rose to worldwide fame after being chosen to represent her country at the Miss World pageant in 1993.
After her beauty pageant days, the stunning Scandinavian model was discovered by Hugh Hefner and became a Playboy bunny.
Since then, she has worked as a model for some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses, including Chanel, Dior and Valentino.
But despite the glamorous appearance of her young modeling lifestyle, she has revealed there was a dark side.
Speaking to Female First, Victoria said: ‘I started modelling in Paris very young, when I was 18. I remember starving myself to fit into the clothes.
‘It was an incredible experience, but you know I did shows for Valentino, Chanel, so it was really prestigious.
“But I never felt like it was my thing, I’m not like a skinny catwalk model, I’m curvier. It was torture, I starved myself, I tortured myself.
‘As a young girl, you can’t take criticism, all you hear is ‘no, no, no’. And then I went to Playboy and I was able to be bigger!’
