Victoria records 11 new Covid cases as decision on whether or not to end lockdown looms tomorrow
Victoria has registered a further 11 cases of coronavirus on the day Daniel Andrews must decide whether to lift the lockdown on Tuesday evening.
The prime minister said on Sunday he expected to end the lockdown in time, but it would depend on Monday’s numbers and how many were in isolation.
Andrews said Tuesday morning’s numbers may also be needed, but there are signs that Victorians are getting their freedom today in an announcement.
The new cases were identified from 25,404 test results and one more case was diagnosed in hotel quarantine.
More to come.
