The fashion designer opened up about how she has navigated being in the public eye since rising to stardom as part of the Spice Girls in the ’90s.
The mother of four admitted that it “used to be fun” to dress up and be photographed by paparazzi in a fancy outfit, however, she admitted that she no longer cares.
Speaking about protecting her privacy, she said, “You have to go through those moments to ultimately become who you are.” We’ve figured out how to be pretty discreet, which is exactly how we want to conduct our lives right now.
“I guess it used to be fun to go out and be chased by paparazzi walking down Bond Street, and you’d get dressed knowing you were going to get that. I don’t want that anymore.’
‘I’ve been doing this too long. I guess I did when I was a kid, but there’s too much going on nowadays; too busy; Too many kids to worry about. I woke up at 50 and gave a damn less.’
While she may be keen to step away from the spotlight, Victoria and David have reportedly planned a secret multi-million pound career move to launch their 13-year-old daughter Harper into the industry.

Harper has already made it known that she wants to follow in her fashion designer mother’s footsteps and hopes to create an “amazing brand” when she grows up.
And it looks like her famous parents are taking her one step closer by setting up a business to channel any future earnings to the rising star.
Speaking about Harper’s upcoming appearance in her new Netflix documentary, she said: “It’s a little bit more aimed at the entrepreneur, the designer of the brand.” It won’t be so personal. I realize I’m kind of a traveling circus, even when I’m at work, but this is very fashion-focused.
‘And obviously there will be elements of the kids, you know: Harper will come in on Monday and do her tryouts for the show.
‘Then they will film it. But it’s really shedding light on the business, especially for the United States. That is the main reason for doing this.”
