The 49-year-old designer suffered a “clean break” to her foot on Valentine’s Day after falling during an exercise and was forced to use a medical boot and crutches while she heals.
However, despite only having one functional foot, Victoria refused to give up her beloved heels and was seen teetering in a pair of £890 Coeur pumps from Alaïa as she left Dorian Bistro in Notting Hill.
She accessorized the look with a pair of tight black leggings paired with an oversized jumper and, even though it was dark outside, she continued to rock her signature sunglasses.
It is the first time Victoria has been seen since her husband David, 48, informed fans of the Spice Girls star’s mishap.

David shared a photo of Victoria’s foot strapped into a medical boot as she recovers from the injury.
On February 14, the mother of four revealed that the day had started off on the wrong foot while sharing photos of a painful injury on her Instagram Stories.
The couple, who had shared a series of love snaps on their respective pages, led Valentine’s Day tributes to the celebrity on social media.
But after sharing loved-up snaps with her professional footballer ex-husband, Victoria revealed she had fallen at the gym and iced her foot.
Sharing a photo of her foot, complete with a pink pedicure, covered in an ice pack, she wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to me… I fell at the gym!!!”
Seemingly less concerned about his wife’s injury, David poked fun at the size of her toe, writing: “How big is your toe?” Wow, I never noticed that before.’
In addition to poking fun at Victoria, David also shared a series of loved-up photos with his wife of nearly 25 years while commemorating the romantic holiday.
The former footballer described Victoria as an “incredible wife, mother and best friend.”
Victoria was previously photographed wearing a boot in 2018 when she revealed she had suffered a small stress fracture in her foot.
She wrote at the time: ‘Thank you for all the lovely messages, a little stress fracture, just needs a little rest! #notideal’.

Red Bull boss Horner denies all allegations and says he is “confident” about clearing his name. He gave evidence at an inquest last week, but it is unclear when he will conclude.
