The former footballer looked incredible as he posed topless wearing just a pair of tiny blue shorts and green trainers.
As Victoria swooned: “Birthday boy doing birthday workout, looking good,” David flexed his muscles while showing off his washboard abs and toned physique.
David then laughed when Victoria added: “Happy birthday.”
