Victoria Beckham celebrated her 50th birthday on Wednesday and shared an emotional post on Instagram where she reflected on her life and said she was “blessed, but also fulfilled and deeply content.”
The fashion designer rose to fame in the 1990s as a member of the Spice Girls, when she was in her early 20s.
But three decades later, Victoria has said she feels more comfortable in her skin than ever and “wouldn’t want to be 25 again.”
Speaking last year before the big 5-0, the singer said she embraces aging and “accepts her appearance.”
She explained that in her youth she was “hard” on her appearance, focusing on what she felt needed to improve.

Now older and wiser, the mother-of-four insisted she has no “complexes” and just wants to look like her “best self,” rather than when she was younger.
speaking to Sunday weather A year ago, Victoria said: ‘I feel comfortable with who I am, I accept my appearance, I do the best I have. I feel, professionally and personally, truly fulfilled at 49 years old.”
He added: ‘I like how it feels to be older. I wouldn’t want to be 25 years old again. I was the type of young woman who looked in the mirror and saw what she needed to improve, rather than what actually looked good.
‘I’ve always been pretty hard on myself, but that’s why I’ve also always strived to be the best version of myself. ‘
She also opened up about how she approaches beauty, insisting she doesn’t have Botox, lip fillers or a nose job, while admitting that all the cosmetic surgeries available seemed like “scary options” to her.
Victoria explained: ‘I’m not trying to turn back time. I’m 49 years old and I don’t have any problems with it.’
Instead, she revealed that she undergoes some laser and skin tightening treatments, insisting that “it’s all about the little things.”
And he added: “It’s not about changing anything, it’s just about looking for the best version of yourself.” I have more muscle tone at 49 years old than at 25.

‘I don’t obsess about it, but I think age shouldn’t stop you from achieving personal goals. You can still look great. You know more about your body, you know what works.
‘I know what I have to do in the gym, I know what I have to eat, I know more about what works on my face. Knowledge is a great thing.’
In 2019, Victoria reiterated that she was okay with getting older, saying she wants to “look good for her age” rather than younger.
Speaking on This Morning, he said: ‘I’m fine with ageing. I’m not trying to look younger at all. I just want to look good for my age.
‘I want to look like the best version of myself. I want to take care of what I have. I really don’t want to change anything. And I’m fine with that. I like how it feels to get older.
‘I’m fine with the way it looks, because it is what it is. Everyone is going to get older. [But] I don’t love how it is [getting older] sounds.”
On the eve of her 50th birthday, Victoria took to her Instagram to share a lengthy message, thanking her husband David and their four “beautiful” children for their “unconditional love and support” as she marked the milestone.
The beauty mogul stated, “As I prepare to turn 50 (in heels, of course!), I feel incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone.”

She added that she was proud of her career path, from pop star to fashion designer, writing, “I think you can be many things.” A pop star, a mother, a wife, a designer…’

Thanking David, the star gushed that she was “forever grateful for his unconditional love and support, and for our beautiful children.”
