The couple are believed to be in negotiations to spend money on the huge nine-bedroom property, in a bid to stay close to David’s team, Inter Miami.
Built in 2018, the spacious property boasts a variety of impressive features, including plenty of bedrooms, four half-bathrooms, and a chef’s kitchen.
David and Victoria can also enjoy their own private cinema, gym, spa and swimming pool.
Outside, the property features an outdoor kitchen, a rooftop lounge and 124 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage.

David and Victoria have long been based in the Sunshine State and previously spent $20 million on a 10,000-square-foot full-floor penthouse in downtown Miami in 2020.
The former Manchester United star is co-owner and president of MLS’s Inter Miami, which currently leads the Eastern Conference.
This mansion also adds to the Beckham family’s already extensive property portfolio, which includes their £6 million ($8 million) home in the Cotswolds.
The Grade II listed property includes a plunge pool and tennis court as part of its eye-catching list of features.
Beckham also previously showed off his garden at the house, even revealing the vegetables he has grown.
The couple are also in the process of renovating their £31 million London mansion, which has been named ‘Beckingham Palace II’.
