“Who will be German champions? Borussia BVB”, sang the Bochum fans, followed by a loud “Not”.
In terms of atmosphere, both sides had already provided an exciting evening of football during the 90 minutes in the B1 derby. In front of 26,000 spectators, VfL captain Anthony Losilla shot his colors into the lead after just five minutes. Karim Adeyemi equalized just two minutes later.
