A top vet has revealed the three things dog owners do that she hates.
Dr. Laura Robinson, known online as Vet Lo, said that if dog owners refrain from these three acts, “it will make your vet happy.”
She said “pet parents” shouldn’t take their dogs to dog parks, let them chew on antlers/hard toys, or use “all-natural” and “over-the-counter” flea and tick prevention products like essential oils.

Many were outraged by the claim that essential oils “don’t work” for flea prevention, but one vet nurse responded, “We hear so many times how essential oils really make dogs so sick…especially oregano.”
Others criticized pet stores for selling antler chews because of the potential injuries they cause and welcomed Dr. Laura’s ‘rule of thumb’.
“I just don’t get how people still think antlers make a good chew toy,” said one woman.
