This marks Verizon’s second outage in less than two weeks, with the last occurring on September 30.

About 69 percent of users cited issues with cell service, 21 percent reported issues with 5G Home Internet, and a small two percent of users said they have no signal.
Verizon customers have shared their frustration with X, with many posting: “Verizon is down again.”
One user jokes on the platform and shares: ‘Don’t worry, you paid your bill.’ Verizon is not working.
However, some customers are furious about another outage in less than two weeks.
‘This is becoming too common. Get it, Verizon, or I’m out,” one customer shared online.
While the cell phone giant has not acknowledged the outage, Verizon support is asking X users about the issues they are experiencing.

Verizon has more than 143 million users in the US, but the number affected by the outage is unknown.
