The two-minute video posted to Twitter on Wednesday captures the latest incident at the Los Angeles tourist hotspot plagued by obscenity and violence among the homeless camps.

He finally gets up and the violence stops, but tensions escalate as more people join in.

A group called the California Peace Coalition wrote a letter to Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva on the same day as the battle — July 28 — stating that the homeless, mental illness, and open-air drug trade on Venice Beach are a microcosim of what happening all over the world. state.
