Notorious animal welfare activist burns legal notice banning her from all pubs and restaurants in state after clashes with chef who banned vegans from his business

  • He clashed with the owner of the Fyre restaurant, John Mountain.
  • He applied for a search warrant naming her

Shocking footage captured the moment vegan activist Tash Peterson burned a police notice banning her from entering all pubs and restaurants in Western Australia.

Peterson was handed a 12-month ban from anywhere that serves alcohol after he got into a nasty exchange with chef John Mountain at his Perth restaurant Fyre on June 30 and July 8.

Mountain had banned vegans from his restaurant last month, prompting Peterson to stage protests outside his venue where he upset diners by playing loud audio of pigs squealing while yelling about the “animal apocalypse.”

Now, the 29-year-old woman has set fire to what she says is the notice from the police informing her of their ban on all licensed premises in the state.

Ms Peterson (2nd from right) has twice protested at John Mountain’s Fyre restaurant (2nd from left) in Connolly, north Perth, after the chef banned vegans.

Tash Peterson upped the ante on her animal rights campaign in a clip that looked like a scene from the reality show Survivor.

The vegan model lamented that

Vegan model Tash Peterson lamented that “trillions of non-human people are brutally murdered for human pleasure” before apparently setting fire to a police sign banning her from places that serve alcohol.

“I no longer comply with this, I do not accept this notice,” said the model and vegan protester, before burning a piece of paper.

In doing so, Ms Peterson not only rejected the police warrant, originally issued by Joondalup Police, but also challenged the authority of the WA court system.

“I will continue to go to restaurants and places with liquor licenses if they are profiting and serving animal abuse, torture, slavery and murder,” he said.

“No one can stop me from exposing the greatest holocaust in history, where billions of non-human people are brutally murdered simply for human pleasure.”

In the clip, which he posted to his social media channels, he claimed the notice was “a complete misuse of the law.”

‘This ad is designed for disorderly, drunk and violent people, not animal rights activists.

“They are using it in an attempt to silence me, to prevent me from bringing light to the animal holocaust in many places.”

It was the fourth time the high-profile activist, famous for his confrontational and provocative protest tactics, has been banned from state-sanctioned venues.

Ms. Peterson often appears nearly nude, covered in body paint or wearing fetish clothing, during her public protests.

The unrepentant Mr. Mountain, who banned vegans from his restaurant in June, launched legal action against Ms. Peterson after their confrontation on July 8.

He accused her of having a hidden agenda behind her defense of animals.

“She’s just holding on to a straw, desperately trying to get another 15 minutes of fame. Her only motivation is to increase her subscriptions on OnlyFans,” she told The Australian.

Ms. Peterson shares risqué content on OnlyFans, where she has reportedly earned up to $40,000 per month.

‘She makes $40,000 a month… I’ve looked it all up. She makes almost as much as I do… she just doesn’t have to get out of bed for it.’

Ms. Peterson has 70,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram and another 18,000 followers as a model on the adults-only platform OnlyFans.

In WA, the police have the power to issue Prohibition Notices to people who are violent or disorderly, behave indecently, or contravene any written law on licensed premises.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to WA Police for comment.
