Vanguard Adds Riskier Funds to Personal Consulting Service

Vanguard is launching three new active equity funds exclusively for clients of its Personal Advisor Service, an effort that could increase the attractiveness of the low-cost, hybrid advisory platform to investors with higher risk tolerances.

The service, known as PAS, is aimed at individuals with $50,000 or more to invest and provides financial planning and access to human advisors through a call center.
