Vanessa Marcil has said Megan Fox apologized for her role in the family drama during her marriage to Brian Austin Green, Marcil’s ex, with whom she shares son Kassius, 22.
It comes after Marcil, 55, previously claimed the actress, 38, and actor, 50, cut Kassius out of their lives.
One social media user commented that Fox ‘never defends’ Marcil, 55, calling her a ‘catalyst in her son’s broken relationship with his father,’ prompting the former soap star to come to her defense. .
‘It’s not true, baby. “@meganfox was 17 when she was groomed and has still taken responsibility for her actions,” she began.
The long response continued: ‘She apologized to both me and our son. She said she is “disgusted” by his behavior. However, it was not her job to keep an adult man/biological father in her son’s life. That depends on him.

Vanessa then turned to Brian’s fiancée, Sharna Burgess.
‘It’s true, as you said, that it’s painful to see #sharnaburgess trying to fool her followers, however, I feel for her too.
‘The only difference is that she is not a child like Megan was. She is being scammed and she would have to give up the whole ‘fairy tale’ thing about her in order to stand up for the truth right now.’

In a caption accompanying screenshots of the conversation in the comments section, Vanessa said, “There is a difference between judicially documented facts and deception.” The safety of children should matter more to us than our image.’

Green claimed in a September 2023 episode of his Old-ish podcast that his ex-girlfriend Vanessa kept his son away from him at one point.
She revealed that raising Kassius with Marcil was “difficult from the beginning” as Brian struggled with vertigo for years.
Green’s new partner Sharna, a co-host of the podcast, also spoke about their tense dynamic.
“Those years when she couldn’t go see Kassius, Vanessa made no effort to make sure Brian had time with him,” Burgess shared.
The Dancing With The Stars alum added, “Instead, she described him as an absent father who decided not to be around him. And I’m sure Kass received that information, and I can’t imagine how damaging it was to him.
