Vanessa Feltz has revealed that her first kiss was with none other than iconic DJ Pete Tong at the tender age of 10.
The broadcaster, 62, appeared on his friend Kate Thornton’s show. White Wine Question Time Podcast after opening up about her life in her new memoir Vanessa Bares All: Frank, Funny and Fearless.
Former X Factor presenter Kate, 51, admitted she was shocked to read that her long-time friend shared a kiss with Pete, 64, after they met in Mallorca while on holiday with their families in the decade. from 1970.
Vanessa recalled: (It was) my first kiss and I can’t deny it. As much as you wish you could deny it, you can’t. Because it’s true.’
The former Celebrity Big Brother star went on to reveal that she and the hitmaker even stayed in touch after returning home to the UK.

Vanessa wrote about her kiss with Pete (pictured) in her new memoir as she recalled how they met on holiday in Mallorca in the 1970s.
Vanessa recalled: (It was) my first kiss and I can’t deny it. As much as you wish you could deny it, you can’t. Because it’s true
Saying, ‘I think I went to his house once and his mother was really a very, very pretty lady and very sweet and nice. And, you know, she was happy to bring him to drive to Totteridge.
‘I don’t remember where they lived, but far away somewhere… but obviously it became extinct. But he was a very charming boy and he had very fond memories.”
Sharing more information about the kiss, she joked: “There were no tongues, there were a lot of lips.” There were a lot of lips, but not really tongues.
“He was too young for that. But he was such a lovely boy. He was so handsome. And I honestly think he had violet eyes.”
She continued: ‘I don’t know if he really did it, but to me, they look purple under that beautiful light from the four-star Hotel Toucan in Cala d’Or in Mallorca. I just thought it was divine.’
However, Vanessa said that despite listening to the world-class DJ’s music “every second” and both being huge stars, they never met again as adults.

Vanessa previously opened up about her and the DJ’s childhood kiss on This Morning in 2018 during a steamy travel segment in Magaluf.

Pete has won numerous awards and is known for his performances at nightclubs and music festivals, he has also entered the lexicon thanks to the phrase ‘It’s all gone Pete Tong!’
The presenter revealed that the island holds a special place in her heart as she took viewers on a tour of the holiday destination, visiting the famous strip of the city to Interview revelers about their love lives and chat with more low-key tourists.
She was joined by her then-fiancé Ben Ofoedu, 52, who she split with last year after 16 years together when she discovered he had been unfaithful.
In the clip they enjoyed a sun-kissed dinner while talking about their own memories of the beautiful island.
Ben told Vanessa: “It’s the most amazing thing that I had one of my first overseas concerts here and you had your first kiss here.”
Happy to be able to talk more about the memory, she shared: ‘I did it, I had my first kiss here!
“I was only 10 years old and years later I realized that this Peter Tong I was kissing and who was kissing me was actually THE Pete Tong!”
The blonde beauty left her other half Ben shocked by the admission and asked him if he ever found love during his time on the island.
However, the Turn Around hitmaker confessed his time on the island never equaled hers.
Following the confession, stunned viewers flocked to Twitter as they processed his hilarious memory.
