The 33-year-old influencer wore a tight gray dress that highlighted her physique.
‘She’s giving, she’s giving, she’s mom, she’s motherly!’ Lala said to the camera as she shook her hair out.
It comes after Lala shared the ultrasound of her second child, shortly after announcing that she is pregnant with baby number two.

The 33-year-old donned a form-fitting gray dress that highlighted her expanding physique.
During an appearance on Amazon Live on Tuesday, the 33-year-old became emotional as she introduced her unborn baby to the world for the first time.
“I want to show you the first photo I’ve seen of my baby, the ultrasound,” she explained to viewers while wiping away tears.
“What I gathered from the ultrasound is that my baby has a very, very pretty nose,” she continued.
“The lips are nice, but the most important thing is that this was my first trimester appointment and the baby looks very, very healthy.”
Lala admitted that she still doesn’t know the sex of the fetus, before stating that the “best part” of her second pregnancy was not having to deal with the father this time.
The reality star, who shares daughter Ocean with ex Randall Emmett, conceived with a sperm donor.
The reality star lowered the camera so she could get a proper look at her baby bump.
She made some animated expressions as she twirled around to flaunt her baby bump to fans.
‘The best thing about my baby daddy is that he doesn’t exist. “I’ve been pretty open about wanting to have complete control over… I guess not my son, but having him around me all the time,” she said.
“I went through a really difficult time with my past and just with Ocean,” she continued, before adding, “For me, my son will never be in the game again.”

It showed her exposing her growing baby bump in a pair of unbuttoned jeans, while Ocean stood next to her smiling.
“I’m expanding my group,” Lala wrote in the caption, adding, “Cheers to a new addition to my little family.”

Kent acknowledged that while “a partner could come into (her) life” at any time, she is “not taking any chances” on co-parenting.
“There’s a good chance it won’t work, especially where we live,” said Kent, who lives in Los Angeles. “I’m so scared of all this shit that’s happened in my life.”

He later said: “It was a very strange thing that was happening because everyone was telling me, ‘You’re going to find someone.’
“And I started thinking, ‘Why does my desire to have more children have to involve someone else?'” she explained.
On her advice to other women: ‘If you want to have children and you’re just waiting for “that person” to come into your life, let’s talk about a different route we can take. It’s 2024! There are many ways to have a baby and it doesn’t take a man to do it.
Lala split from her ex-fiancé in October 2021, seven months after they welcomed their son, as she said she saw evidence that he was unfaithful to her in the relationship.
