Vanderpump Rules’ Jax Taylor vehemently shut down speculation that he cheated on estranged wife Brittany Cartwright ahead of their shock split.
The reality star, 44, discussed the rumors, raised by their co-stars Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney and Lala Kent, on Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules.
In response to Maloney accusing him of ‘running around town’ and cheating, the TV personality vehemently denied the allegation during a conversation with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz.
‘Katie loves fucking, just start fucking. That’s what she does,’ he told his former friends.

He continued: ‘She’s playing at home and she sees something on her phone on Reddit and she wants to start the rumor mill. That’s what she does. She spreads all kinds of s**t.’
During the latest episode, Shay and Maloney alluded to cheating rumors about Jax Taylor when Shay admitted that she also heard he was sneaking around behind Cartwright’s back.
Taylor and Cartwright’s marital problems were highlighted on a trailer for their upcoming reality show, The Valley, as they fought about him not wanting another child and a lack of sex in their marriage.
Late last month, the former couple revealed they had separated and were ‘taking time apart’ after four years of marriage.
Brittany, 35, announced the news this week on their joint podcast When Reality Hits, confirming: ‘Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for my mental health.’
However, Brittany also later hinted that the ‘split’ could be temporary, asking fans to ‘pray for us’ and adding that she believes ‘everything will be fine’.
The beloved Bravo stars tied the knot in a fairytale-themed wedding ceremony in June 2019 in Kentucky after a yearlong engagement.
But it seems the adventure is over, at least for now.

“A lot of you have been asking me about Jax and I and our relationship,” Brittany said in the podcast episode released Thursday.
The star – who shares a two-year-old son, Cruz, with Jax – added: “I just think it’s important to be real and honest with you guys because we’ve shared so much of our lives with you.”
Brittany then specifically mentioned some issues the couple has been having.
‘On my last podcast I alluded to the fact that many marriages go through rocky times. Yes, marriages are generally very hard and I have had a particularly hard year this past year.
She went on to suggest that they have now temporarily split up, saying: ‘Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for my mental health .’
She admitted that the split is ‘still very hard to talk about’, adding that she is just ‘taking it one day at a time’.
“I don’t know what the future holds, but right now my focus is on being the best mom for Cruz,” Brittany added.

After the birth of their baby boy, Jax stated that fatherhood “changed” his life.
