The Vanderpump Rules alum was photographed helping Ally move her belongings from their shared home to a car on Sunday.
TMZ reports that the couple will spend some time apart, but are still together.
The astrologer did not pack lightly: she carried a suitcase on wheels and other belongings with her.
Lewber has since moved into a neighboring Airbnb, which she will share with her visiting family.
Insiders shared with the website that Lewber has yet to make any major decisions about the relationship and is still making sense of what just happened.

It comes after Ally exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com that she and James were planning to host her family at their home over the holidays.
In an interview conducted just a day after her arrest but before the controversy arose, Ally said: ‘My family comes here. So James and I are hosting this year… I feel like an adult. Like my family was coming to me.
“I bought them stockings with their initials on them, so when they come into the guest room, I’m going to make it all cute,” she said.
