A man and two young children are killed after a horrifying late-night accident on a remote country road.
The 43-year-old man was driving a van along Kangaroo Creek Road in Coutts Crossing, on the north coast of New South Wales, at 9:30pm on Saturday when the tragic incident occurred.
New South Wales Police said the vehicle skidded off the road and crashed into a tree.
The man, a 14-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl were found dead inside the car.
Emergency services were called to the remote country road just after the accident and police forensics set up a crime scene.
The 43-year-old father was driving a van down Kangaroo Creek Road in Coutts Crossing, on the north coast of New South Wales, at 9:30pm on Saturday.
Detectives are investigating the accident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
