USA players cheered as they arrive back at hotel in Qatar after advancing to World Cup knockouts

After advancing to the finals, USA stars are celebrated when they return to their hotel in Qatar. World Cup last-16… and hurt Christian Pulisic is there for teammates to congratulate after they leave the hospital!

On Tuesday, the USMNT was greeted with a warm welcome at their return to Qatar’s team hotel. Christian Pulisic and a number of other fans cheered them on.

Pulisic was forced to leave the match at halftime when he collided with Alireza Beiranvand, Iran’s goalkeeper. He had scored the decisive goal and was later diagnosed as having a pelvic contusion.

After his injury, the matchwinner visited the hospital and celebrated with his teammates. He giggled as he recorded the team’s entrance via his phone, hugging Tim Weah.

Sergino Dest can also be seen in this clip giving a peace sign for supporters. Yunus Musah and Weston McKennie, Tyler Adams, and Tim Ream are all smiling as well.

The USMNT won qualification to the round 16 earlier in the day with a thrilling victory over Iran. Pulisic’s 38th-minute shot from close range was sufficient to secure all three points.

Celebrations continued to be virtual after the game. Many players took to social networking to recognize the win.

Christian Pulisic was delighted to see his team as they returned from Qatar to their hotel.

Usa Captain Tyler Adams Was Given A Warm Reception As He Arrived Back At Hotel Tuesday

When Tyler Adams, USA captain, returned to the hotel on Tuesday night, he received a warm and welcoming reception

“WE’RE NOT DONE! On Twitter, fullback Antonee Roberts said that. “So proud to this team, now it’s going into the knockouts!”

“No words can explain what this means for us!” Let’s go @usmnt,’ Pulisic said on Instagram. 

Yunus Musah (20 years old) said that he was grateful to God for allowing him to reach his 20th birthday. This was an amazing way to do it together. Thank you for your messages. Appreciate y’all.’

Berhalter brought Musah a birthday cake with him after the game. A video of the midfielder posting to his Instagram account shows Berhalter bringing the dessert over with the USA starter blowing out candles.

Several Usmnt Players Took To Social Media To Acknowledge The Win Over Iran Tuesday Night

Many USMNT players took to Twitter to celebrate Tuesday’s win over Iran.

New York’s Empire State Building paid tribute to the USMNT Tuesday with a video of it being lit up in red, white and green according to its official account.

‘Sparkling in RedWhite, and Blue Celebrate the @USMNTadvancing in 2022 World Cup,” read a tweet from this account.

The USMNT will now focus their attention on the Netherlands, whom they will face on Saturday. A trip to the quarterfinals is at stake. 

After reaching the finals, Gregg Berhalter, proud coach USA, paid tribute to his team World Cup knockouts

“I have less hair now!” Berhalter joked. “With this new injury, I was counting every second. It’s stressful. It’s stressful, but we’ll handle it and fight Holland.

‘I feel proud. Proud. We showed our soccer skills in the first half. We had a great first half.

“Second Half we showed what determination-wise we can do. We’re undefeated going into round two. The guys worked hard.
