Five people are in hospital after eating toxic mushroom gummies, and some patients are experiencing hallucinations.
An urgent health warning has been issued for the Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane varieties of Uncle Frog’s Mushroom Gummies.
Patients reported experiencing nausea, vomiting, disturbing hallucinations, seizure-like activity, dizziness, and drowsiness.

The medical director of the New South Wales Poisons Information Centre, Dr Darren Roberts, has urged people not to consume these products.
“We strongly recommend that people do not consume these products,” Dr. Roberts said.
Dr. Roberts said the products should be disposed of safely, out of the reach of children and pets.
