It apparently features a scene so horrific that actor David Howard Thornton, who plays Art, nearly vomited on set during filming.

The gruesome slasher film is the third installment in the Terrifier franchise, which has developed a cult following among horror fans.
Signature Entertainment UK, which distributes Terrifier 3 in the UK and Ireland, recently shared a clip of an employee watching the film.
The woman can be seen covering her eyes and looking away from the screen. She dares to look back for a moment before covering them again.
Sharing the clip on X/Twitter, the company wrote: ‘The @SignatureEntUK team witnessed a first look at @damienleone’s #Terrifier3 footage,’ they wrote on X.
‘This was a reaction. She will never be the same. Experience what she saw and much more, only in theaters on October 11.’
The first Terrifier, made on a shoestring budget of just $60,000, was released in 2016.
The film went viral after its release due to a particularly gruesome death scene involving someone being mutilated with a hacksaw.
The sequel Terrifier 2 came six years later and grossed an impressive $15.7 million on a budget of just $250,000.
In the film, Art returns after being resurrected by a sinister supernatural entity to wreak more havoc, this time targeting a teenage girl and her younger brother.

Terrifier 2’s production company was forced to issue a warning to potential viewers
Due to the success of the second film, the third installment has a significantly larger budget of $2 million.
Writer and director Damien Leone previously told how he turned down funding from major Hollywood studios so he wouldn’t have creative restrictions on what he could show on screen.
The filmmaker said the first five minutes of Terrifier 3 are “very controversial.”
Speaking to joblo.comHe said: ‘I had the opportunity to meet with studios, like legitimate Hollywood studios, that wanted to make Terrifier 3.
“But before we even had a script, we were already having meetings and getting the feeling that they were going to watch me and they were worried about blood levels and this and that.”
He continued: “I knew they weren’t going to let me do this movie based on the first five pages. That’s how crazy Terrifier 3 is.”
‘Mark my words. I guarantee you the first five minutes of this movie are going to be very controversial. But that’s not even the big kill scene. That’s why I thought I had to make this movie on my own, because it’s too crazy.
‘If you thought Art the Clown’s reign of terror in Part 2 was extreme, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.’
