He wrote, “But for the most part the film is content to be as bland and repetitive as the many, many against-the-odds crowd-pleasers that have preceded it.”
Describing the dialogue as “pedestrian”, Benjamin concluded: “It’s not hard to root for Robles, but Unstoppable, a moving but over-the-top biopic, tries too hard to get us there anyway.”
