Australian actor Gyton Grantley is renting out his beautiful Melbourne home for a bargain $800 a week.
The Underbelly star, 44, moved to Italy in mid-2023 with his young family and only planned to live there for 12 months.
But after extending her stay, the House Husbands star decided to rent out her three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Ivanhoe until December.
Located 10 kilometers from the CBD, the elegant home requires a bond of $3,476 and will be available from June 8.
But according to a report from Herald of the sun Thursday, Gyton’s agent hopes to find a new tenant before then.

After renting the house for the first time last year, Gyton said the property was located in a beautiful area of Melbourne that had something for everyone.

‘We’re at Darebin Creek, backing up towards the gum trees. “It’s basically our little patch of bushland 20 minutes from the city,” he told realestate.com.au.
‘When spring and summer come, it’s a lovely place to sit in the hammock and read. On countless occasions, the living room has become a makeshift studio.’
In February 2021, Gyton and his wife Alex Ortuso announced the arrival of their third child, a daughter named Olive.

The House Husbands star shared the news on Instagram and uploaded a gallery of celebratory images.
The Logie-winning actor wrote some heartfelt words alongside his post: ‘And then there were three!’

Gyton and his glamorous wife are also proud parents of two children: Rocco, seven, and Sohi, four.

The couple married in April in a secret ceremony surrounded by family and friends in Byron Bay in 2016.
Gyton proposed while the couple was vacationing in Burano, Italy, in 2015.
Best known for his role as Carl Williams in Underbelly (2008), Grantley also appeared in the Nine House drama series Husband’s.
He also starred in the ill-fated Channel 10 reality show The Traitors in 2023.
