“I’m trying to get the family and let me down for a week on Monday. Maybe that’s why I ended up in my bedroom with 3 Bulldogs last night and rationed myself to I May Destroy You because it’s so damn good. ‘

In the long caption, Ulrika also paid a small tribute to the late Jack Charlton, saying that she spent her Sunday making sourdough.

It comes after she admitted last month that when she moved from her native Sweden to the UK in 1979, she was amazed at ‘pale, colorless, doughy and pasty’ British.

She also proudly said that she has always exposed her children’s skin to the sun.

To talk with The sun newspaper said, “My favorite medicine is the sun and since I have lived by the sword, I will undoubtedly die of it – as long as it is in the sun.”

Ulrika spoke candidly in her column about her brazen addiction, although she admitted that it can be harmful to the skin to enjoy the sun.

The star said she came under fire from people who rated her sunbathing habit, who said she would age prematurely and damage her skin.

But the presenter said that the sun is in her DNA like a daylight-poor Swede and has always been jealous of people with a radiant tan.

She even admitted she doesn’t mind if she eventually looks like Sheila Reid’s character Madge Harvey in Benidorm.

The 82-year-old is known for her comically dark color in the popular ITV comedy.

Ulrika said, “Fortunately, I tan easily, turn dark brown, and have no problem accepting that I look like Madge Harvey in Benidorm (okay, maybe a little older).”

The former Gladiators star said sunbathing makes her older, as do four ‘thankless’ kids.

And she admits that she doesn’t look forward to foaming her kids in the sun, but putting them in the shade for most of the day and gradually adapting them to the sun.
