The former model and actress was dragged into Bruce Lehrmann’s defamation trial last week when former Spotlight producer Taylor Auerbach was questioned about his “hatred” of her former friend and colleague Steve Jackson.

The one-time fiancée of billionaire James Packer had met Auerbach and Jackson in a pub that day to discuss a story about one of his properties.
The trio returned to Malkah’s address in Elizabeth Bay, where she then removed her top and was photographed sitting on her sofa next to Mr Jackson.
There is no indication of wrongdoing on Mr. Jackson’s part.
The images circulated among journalists last month.
Lehrmann’s attorney, Matthew Richardson, asked Auerbach if he had been involved in distributing semi-nude photographs of a woman sitting on a couch with Jackson.
