Tyson Fury has been inundated with messages from worried fans and friends after he was caught on camera falling on his face during a drunken night out.

The 35-year-old made headlines earlier this month after a trip to a pub in his hometown of Morecambe ended with his face on the pavement.

This came just three weeks after Fury suffered the first loss of his professional career, losing to Oleksandr Usyk via split decision in Saudi Arabia.

But Fury laughed about his drunken fall in a recent interview with FUROCITY.

However, the former WBC world heavyweight champion, who had previously been very open about his struggle with depression and mental health issues, suggested he understood the concern.

Speaking about what he’s been up to since the Usyk fight, Fury said: “I’ve really been relaxing, probably training five times a week.”

‘What else have I been doing? I went in the caravan with the children. I have been taking life very simply.

“I got angry about two weeks ago and fell on my face, although I didn’t do any harm. I’m still handsome!

‘Other than that, I haven’t been doing much. I have a lot of messages and a lot of people calling me asking if I’m okay.

‘You go out and have a drunken night and suddenly (people are worried) you’re going to jump in front of a train.

“I’m not sure, but obviously because of my past history people are worried, but yeah, other than that, I haven’t done much to be fair.”

“I’ve been relaxing, spending time with my dad, my brothers, my wife, my kids.”

Fury then said it’s “nice to have a bit of time off” after three training camps in the last 12 months.

However, he admitted: “My free time is different to other people’s free time because I still train five times a week.”

Fury was also asked what he thought about his loss to Usyk after having some time to reflect on the fight.

He said he still believed he had beaten Usyk but would not be “crying over spilled milk.”

Fury also stated that the result of that fight on May 18 has not ‘affected’ him. He explained: “It could have gone my way, or not.” He’d keep doing the same shit anyway.

‘Undisputed champion or not, I will continue doing the same thing I do now.

‘(Picking up) dog shit, dropping off the kids, running around, drinking a weird beer until I drop, that’s what I do. I don’t really do much else.’
