Tyson Fury has insisted he will scale back his boast against Oleksandr Usyk in the duo’s highly anticipated rematch this weekend.

The two heavyweights met in one of the biggest fights of all time in May, when the Ukrainian became the undisputed world heavyweight champion when he won a split decision.

Therefore, Fury is looking for revenge this weekend and arrived in Saudi Arabia for fight week, with Usyk also present.

In the eyes of many, he enters the fight as the underdog, looking to avenge the first loss of his own career.

The Gypsy King claims to have rewatched their first bout “a hundred times” and will make some adjustments in a bid to deliver Usyk’s first career loss in their showdown in Riyadh.

Fury has maintained that he was actually the winner of the first fight and claims that he was not focused, something he wants to correct this time.

Fury said he didn’t feel he could have knocked out Usyk (left) at any point during the fight.

“I need to be more focused this time and not show off so much,” he said via GB News. ‘That’s how easy it was for me and you can get complacent.

“I don’t think the bragging cost me the fight, but this time I need to be more focused and not do so much.”

‘I didn’t feel like I could have knocked him out at any point. I hurt him a couple of times in the body and with shots to the head, but I didn’t feel like I was going to knock him out.’

“It was my best performance in the last five years, probably more.”

It didn’t take long for Fury, known for showing off, to start his antics in the first fight, as he began trying to taunt his opponent in the early rounds.

He was in his corner and made some faces as if to suggest he was excited about the occasion.

But despite insisting he will focus more, the 36-year-old will not make too many adjustments.

‘Why would I change anything when I was in control of the fight for maybe 80 percent?’ asked. “I’m landing on him at will, head and body, with right hooks, left hooks, right hooks to the body, doubles sometimes.”

“He’s not going to outbox me on the back foot.” It’s not possible. So you have to show up and fight.
