Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was handcuffed and detained by police as he entered the team’s Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday morning in astonishing scenes.

Hill, who will line up for the Dolphins in their season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars, was seen handcuffed by police in shocking videos circulating on social media.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter has revealed that the player was pulled over for a traffic violation, although his agent Drew Rosenhaus still expects him to play in Sunday’s game against the Jaguars after police let him go.

He is believed to have been cited for “reckless driving” before being pulled over and getting into an altercation with an officer.

In one clip, officers can be seen pinning Hill to the ground as they handcuff him.
