The two-year-old is in critical condition, while the woman was also in critical condition after being both shot and injured in the crash.

The six-year-old was also injured in the crash, but was not hit by a bullet.

One of the men shot was eventually pronounced dead at a local hospital, while another is in stable condition at a local hospital.

According to Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, the mayor of Baltimore gave a sharp statement at a press conference following the shooting CBS news.

“To black men in Baltimore. I see a lot of people trying to pretend to be tough. Were they really weak, because only weak people shoot someone when you know there are children,” said Scott, who is black.

“And if you’re hosting that person, and that’s your homeboy, that’s you, that’s your husband, and that’s your cousin. I don’t care who it is, then you’re weak too.’

Scott also expressed “thoughts and prayers” to the families and victims, but said “above all, it should be anger for all of us.”
