Just before 11:00 am, the police from Del City received an emergency tip that a 17-year-old boy was standing across the street from Del City High School with a firearm and made threats to shoot the school & # 39 ;

Officer arrived on the scene four minutes later and held the young man in possession of a semi-automatic pistol.

After information they had received during their preliminary investigation, the police discovered that two others had been with the teenager before they arrived.

They quickly found both individuals, a 16-year-old also in possession of a semi-automatic pistol, and 19-year-old Andrew Lee Stiffler, who were both in school grounds.
