Two police officers from Louisiana are being prosecuted for their involvement in a massive fight that took place on Mother's Day and involving dozens of officers.
The sheriff's office at the Caddo Parish has released body cam recordings that eventually led to charges against officer Cinterrica Mosby and corporal Phillip Tucker.
A large jury from the Caddo Parish accused Mosby of counting the crime in office and set her bond at $ 5,000. She is expected to surrender on Friday, KTBS reports.
Tucker, who surrendered to SPD on Thursday afternoon, was charged with a simple battery charge. The charge comes with a bond at $ 1000.

The images from Bodycam show that Tucker is walking a K-9 unit to the house on the 2500 block of Devaughn, located in Werner Park. The police had responded to phone calls that family and neighbors were involved in a massive fight.
Tucker takes the dog to the turmoil when more than five officers hit one of the men involved in the fighting.
The officer is told that he is yelling at the police officers to walk the road, to send the dog after the man as soon as they all get up.
The man screams with fear and rolls forward to have him arrested by officers.

Dashcam footage shows that Mosby beats one of the women they have held on the spot.
She can be heard explaining what happened during the fight and calling the woman an & # 39; h * e & # 39; and a & # 39; b *** h. & # 39;
The officer's lawyer, Ron Miciotto, claims that his clients & # 39; absolutely & # 39; acted properly when they tried to restore order to chaos.
& # 39; We will fight this issue vigorously, & # 39; Miciotto added.
Deputy Police Commissioner Ben Raymond has released a statement stating that the department would investigate the incident.

& # 39; Corporal Philip Tucker and officer Cinterrica Mosby will be placed on service leave with pay as required by civil servant regulations and police policy, & # 39; according to the statement.
& # 39; As with any criminal issue, parties are innocent until found guilty and we will not deprive our officers of that right. We will conduct our own administrative investigation into the allegations and will not make any additional comments at this time. & # 39;
Two off-duty officers who were on site were not charged with any offense.
The big jury could have asked Tucker a little more seriously than a normal battery, prosecutor James Stewart explained.
& # 39; What we do is to give them all the categories that fit. And they chose to apply the facts according to the law, & Steward added.
Van Mosby, a prosecutor, said the blasphemy shows charged video issues with the professionalism of the prosecutor. & # 39; All professionals, there is a line that you can cross. You have no absolute power. You still have to behave yourself in a certain way, & he said.
From Mosby, Stewart said the blasphemy laden video shows problems with the professionalism of the officer.

Her lawyer feels that Mosby reacted in such a way because she had been thrown into a ditch, a point witnessed to that she was actually dealing with falling on her own.
Stewart discussed the use of the K-9 unit, which can only be used for crime cases. Those arrested on the spot were accused of crimes and Stewart found several gaps in the reasoning of the SPD.
& # 39; Because we received information from two different sources, the information we received from SPD did not include information that we received from another source. … We had to talk to everyone and the best vehicle we had was the jury, & Stewart said.
The DA stands for the decision of the grand jury on Mosby.
He said: & # 39; What it tells the citizen is that the system works. There are 12 people who viewed Caddo Parish. And they looked at it and they made the decision that I think they should make. & # 39;
Miciotto senses that Mosby reacted like that because she had been thrown into a ditch, a point that is witnessed by the fact that she was actually dealing with falling alone.
& # 39; She was thrown into a ditch; she was hit in the face; she was hit on the chest by one or more of these people who were on the porch, "he said.
& # 39; The lady she was dealing with tried to head and kick her. The officer had to use force to subdue her. She acted according to the law. & # 39;
Miciotto also claimed that Tucker followed the correct protocol when handling the dog.
The lawyer added: “He found himself in a situation where five officers tried to subdue a person who was arrested. He continued to resist. Tucker placed the dog in an area where he bit the man's calf, so the injury would not be serious. & # 39;
An internal investigation is still ongoing.
