Two people were left hanging over a dangerous 10 meter cliff after being trapped in a truck that crashed into a house.

Two people escaped serious injury after their truck crashed into a clifftop house, leaving them dangling over a dangerous 10-meter drop.
Emergency services were called to a house on Weerona Pl in Sydney’s Caringbah South at around 7:25am on Saturday to find that a truck had vandalized the garage of the single storey house.
A man and a woman were trapped inside the cab of the truck, which was hanging over the edge of a dangerous cliff.

The couple were released by Fire and Rescue NSW staff after approximately 20 terrifying minutes.
They were assessed by NSW Ambulance officers before being taken to Sutherland Hospital as a precaution.
Firefighters stabilized the truck, which has left a trail of destruction in its wake.
Fortunately, the police confirmed that no one was in the house at the time of the shocking accident.
“Officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command were told the house was empty while renovations were carried out,” a NSW Police spokesman said.

‘A salvage operation to remove the truck is now underway, with significant structural damage to the building.
The house is at the bottom of a hill in Weerona Place, in the southern suburb of Sydney.
Police will continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident and its cause.
