Two people were left fighting for their lives after a car crashed into a fence outside a pub following a police chase in Sydney’s southwest.

The vehicle crashed at the Lockies Hotel on Camden Valley Way in Leppington shortly after 11.15am on Wednesday.

Two people were left in critical condition and were treated by paramedics at the scene.

One will be rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital and the other to Liverpool Hospital.

The car had been involved in a high-speed chase moments earlier and police began the chase 10 kilometers away in Oran Park before it came to a wild end.

“It’s gone through the fence… there are police everywhere, like 30 or 40 police cars at the scene,” one witness told 2GB.
