Two JetBlue planes collided Thursday on a runway at Boston’s Logan Airport.

The planes collided on the runway while passengers were inside both planes. A plane suffered damage to its wing, according to images obtained by Boston 25.

Thursday’s incident occurred after the planes left the gate around 6:40 a.m. The FAA confirmed that one of the plane’s “left wings” struck the “right horizontal stabilizer” of the other airliner.

One plane was headed to Las Vegas, while the other was headed to Orlando when they collided.
