Two people have been treated in hospital after a “smoke incident” on a Bonza Airlines plane.
Emergency services were called to Sunshine Coast Airport after smoke was reported coming from the cabin of the passenger plane on Tuesday afternoon.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson told WhatsNew2Day Australia that two crews were initially called to the scene about 4.30pm, but were not needed.

Two people were taken in stable condition to Nambour Hospital.
No other occupants of the plane required paramedic assistance.
It is understood that the plane was due to land and emergency services were on standby.
A Bonza spokeswoman said the airline would investigate the incident aboard flight AB570 from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast.
“All customers and crew are fine and have disembarked with the pilots undergoing precautionary checks.”
“The aircraft is currently being evaluated by engineers.”
