A man who travels from Germany to London for work has revealed why he does not want to live in the UK.
Seb, who regularly shares his work trip from Germany to the UK on TikTok, has left people stunned with his five-hour international trip.
The content creator often documents his journey, which includes a flight and four trains, and often tries to beat the fastest time to get home.
Many of his followers have been left confused as to why he doesn’t live in London full time and save not only five hours but money on plane tickets.
But Seb has revealed that his motives are not just economic.
Seb, (pictured), who spends most of his time in Hamburg, regularly documents his journey from Canary Wharf to Hamburg trying to beat his record travel time of four hours and 57 minutes.
When asked by several curious social media users, the super traveler was willing to make the long trip for love.
From his comments it is clear that Seb lives in Hamburg to be with his partner.
Detailing his journey from the office at 5pm, Seb explained that he starts his journey from Canary Wharf with two trains and arrives at Heathrow an hour later.
Arriving just over an hour before his plane was due to take off, Seb joked: “Let’s hope I get through security, get some food and catch my flight on time.”
With a Pret meal in hand, the super traveler was happy to discover he’d scored an aisle seat when he boarded his flight to Hamburg in his latest video.
“Again in Germany, on European soil,” he said proudly upon arriving in Hamburg.
However, the journey was not entirely easy, as Seb had to quickly run between his third and fourth trains in order to get home.
Arriving home at 11:04 p.m., the Hamburg resident boasted of his travel time of five hours and three minutes that day, just a few minutes shy of his record of four hours and 57 minutes.
Luckily for Seb, he doesn’t have to make a ten-hour round trip a day, five times a week.
According to the content creator, he stays in London once a month for a period of four days, from Monday to Thursday.
But several viewers were still left baffled by his long journey to work, with one even describing it as a “pilgrimage”.
“Sir, please save yourself this trouble and move to London, oh my God?!” said one surprised viewer.

The man who works in Canary Wharf responded to a comment saying that he doesn’t take the super trip because it’s cheaper but out of love.
After watching his most recent video documenting his international trip, many were left baffled as to why Seb wasn’t living in London full-time.
“Is your workplace funding your trip? Because I don’t get it,” a third confused viewer joked.
‘What do you do when the Elizabeth Line is partially suspended?’ asked one user.
Another joked: “Listen… next time you can stay at mine in Canary Wharf.”
One user questioned: ‘Isn’t it faster to get Eurostar?’
One of them commented: ‘Your passport must be full, I travel from the UK to Delaware regularly and there are lots of stamps!’
Some were amazed by Seb’s trip and others compared their own travel time to work.
One woman wrote: ‘It’s amazing, it only took you five hours to fly internationally!
It takes me six weeks to get from Norwich to Edinburgh each week for my daily commute.
“I traveled from Germany to London for work for the last two years because it was more affordable than living there,” added one viewer.
“I’d be looking at at least $250,000 a year to do that,” another chimed in.
