After spending nearly 10 years off Arby’s menus, two fan-favorite sandwiches are back at participating stores nationwide.
The Bourbon BBQ Beef Brisket and Bourbon BBQ Chicken sandwiches returned on August 12.
“It’s been six years since the sandwiches, made with smoky bourbon flavors and sweet brown sugar bacon, last appeared on menus at the same time,” an Arby’s spokesperson told McClatchy News.
The Bourbon BBQ Chicken Sandwich starts at $7.49 and the Bourbon BBQ Brisket Sandwich starts at $8.29.
Unfortunately, these chicken sandwiches are back for a limited time only and Arby’s has not confirmed when it will take them off menus again.
Arby’s began offering its Bourbon BBQ Brisket and Bourbon BBQ Chicken sandwiches on August 12, nearly 10 years after their original launch.
The Bourbon BBQ Chicken Sandwich features a crispy chicken fillet topped with melted cheddar cheese.
It’s topped with brown sugar bacon, onions, and a special bourbon barbecue sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
The Bourbon BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich has the same characteristics as the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Sandwich.
The only difference between these two is the meat, and the brisket is smoked for 13 hours before those sandwiches are made, according to All recipes.
These two sandwiches aren’t the only Arby’s fan favorites returning for a limited time.

Arby’s classic potato cakes returned to participating U.S. locations on July 1 after a three-year hiatus from the menu.
The return came after the snack’s “passionate fan base” insisted that Arby’s put the item back on its menu, according to its July 1 press release.
“In the past year alone, tortas de papa have been mentioned more than 10,000 times on social media, with fans issuing passionate calls for their revival,” the press release reads.
‘From thousands of social media posts to online petitions and even dedicated fan accounts, Arby’s knows the true adoration of potato cake devotees and is eager to please.’
Arby’s brought back its fan-favorite potato cakes on July 1 after its “passionate fan base” discussed it more than 10,000 times on social media.
Three-piece potato cakes start at $2.39, but prices may vary by location.
Arby’s is also offering limited-time potato cake merchandise, including a potato cake-shaped amber necklace, candle, enamel pin, and official T-shirts and hoodies.
