She captioned the series of snaps with: ‘The last one. Thailand 2025 dumped and deleted (love heart emoji)’
It comes after the star revealed more about her time on I’m A Celebrity, as she admitted she became the camp protester and even predicted her own elimination.
The N-Dubz star was the third to be evicted from the jungle after receiving the lowest public vote, and immediately fled Australia to return home to the UK.
She has since revealed that her decision to rush home was because she suffered extreme anxiety and felt overwhelmed by all the cameras.
And appearing on campmate GK Barry’s podcast, Tulisa elaborated on her time in the jungle, admitting she had a few “starts” with ITV and thought her introverted nature had caused her to be kicked out.
The pair discussed how Tulisa had become the camp’s unofficial spokesperson, regularly protesting to bosses about conditions.
They revealed that the former X Factor judge had criticized ITV during the credit card twist, which saw celebrities having to pay money to get water or use the dunny.
Tulisa explained that she had suffered painful period cramps in the jungle due to her endometriosis, while GK admitted: “Jungle time is no joke.”

The beauty styled her long raven locks into a high, thick ponytail and wore a flawless makeup palette as she posed for a selfie.
Tulisa then remembered how she had complained that the screen recorded how much each person had spent on the doll.
She said: ‘Obviously at the end of the day it would come up how many times you’ve been to the toilet. I wasn’t happy with that.’
‘Poor ITV dealing with me, I said: “I’m not going to show my bladder movements on national television, you’re going to have to change this!”
“And then I said, ‘GK is on her period, you’re not charging her to use the dunny to change her tampon.’ That’s the tampon tax and it’s unacceptable!’ And the next day it was gone!’
He admitted he had also broken out over the conditions in which Maura Higgins and the Reverend Richard Coles lived when they first arrived as newcomers, with the couple only being given the basic necessities, with no fire or beds.
However, unknown to the rest of the camp was the fact that Maura and Reverend Richard had a secret luxury camp, complete with a huge double bed and a bathtub.
Tulisa sheepishly confessed that she had become furious with ITV before the celebrities discovered the truth, saying: ‘I saw Maura shivering like she had hypothermia and said this is unacceptable! You can’t leave them like this, we’re not prisoners here!’
‘I was the protester, I was protesting for the rights of the fields. Because I was saying what everyone wanted to say but I was too scared. So I had a few kickoffs.

Meanwhile, in another snap, Tulisa appeared in high spirits while enjoying a coconut cocktail on the beach.

She also gave her followers a glimpse of her luxurious villa which featured a private pool.

When GK admitted that she was surprised when Tulisa was eliminated, the singer explained that she had seen it coming, as she realized she was getting less airtime.
She said: ‘One thing a lot of people didn’t know: do you know that you can tell how much airtime you’re getting by how many people call you on the Bushtucker Telegraph and how many questions they ask you? Because you are narrating what is being transmitted.’
“And in the days before, they didn’t call me on BT as much and they didn’t ask me as many questions, so I said, ‘Oh.’
He added: “But at the same time I was also going into my introvert mode, at that point I was already getting overwhelmed, so I wasn’t very involved in the camp anyway.”
“So in my mind I thought I might end up going because I knew I wouldn’t get much air time.”
Elsewhere in the chat, she spoke about her struggle to deal with being constantly filmed and surrounded by people, saying: “At first I was terrified of the thing of being watched, being on all the cameras, being on that big commercial television. again and 24/7 nowhere to hide. I just went into anxiety overload.’
He added: “I’m very sociable at times, but then I go away and don’t talk to anyone for a week.” It got to the point where I thought this was getting too much and the introvert in me started to overload.’
Tulisa admitted that being on the show convinced her that perhaps fame wasn’t right for her, and insisted she had a “free pass” to return home early from Australia and skip the final with her other campmates.
She said: “I’m sorry, but I have a free hand after what I’ve been through.” I don’t need to play for fame, I wanted to get home and hide under a rock.’
‘You saw it coming, those last few days were too much for me. I don’t process things until I’m completely alone and when I was alone having a glass of wine I started crying.’

The N-Dubz star was the third to be kicked out of the jungle after receiving the lowest public vote, and immediately fled Australia to return home to the UK (pictured).
“And then I thought I was really proud of myself for doing this, but I had tried too hard, too soon.”
‘My main thought when appearing on camera again the next day was that I started hyperventilating. And to distract myself I went on Insta and Tiktok to scroll and then all that came up was me and I was like I can’t do this.
‘It was an overload of stimulation, it’s hard enough being there with the constant cameras. But for me, who had just overcome agoraphobia, it was a big step.”
Tulisa admitted: ‘I went home and stared at the wall for four days. I watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy and didn’t even talk to anyone. I needed to realign myself. “I think the show made me realize that maybe this isn’t for me.”
Tulisa quickly left Australia within days of being kicked out of the jungle, having removed all traces of her appearance on the ITV show from her Instagram.
She later took to her Instagram to address speculation about her sudden departure, saying she had felt “overwhelmed” by the whole thing.
