When it comes to transgender athletes competing in women’s sports, Donald Trump plans to “just ban it.”
The former president took a question from the crowd about the issue of transgender people in sports during a Fox New town hall on ‘The Faulkner Focus’ Wednesday afternoon.
During the event, a woman in the all-female town hall audience asked Trump what he would do “about the transgender issue in women’s sports.”
Trump smiled and replied, “It’s a very easy question.”
Donald Trump told a woman during a town hall on Fox News on Wednesday that his plan to address the “transgender issue in women’s sports” is to “just ban it.”

“Everyone present in the room and you know that answer, we are not going to allow that to happen,” the former president responded.
‘Just yesterday they had a volleyball game, did you see that? When a person transitions, we have to be very careful because this can end their political career if they say it a little wrong, but they went from a man to a woman.’
The former president was apparently referencing Blaire Fleming, a volleyball player at San Jose State University (SJSU).
Fleming, a redshirt senior, has been cited as the reason four schools have lost games against SJSU so far this season due to safety concerns.
More recently they went viral for spiking a ball and forcefully hitting another player in the face. Even the announcer noticed the woman’s rosy face after the blow.
“And I saw the slam,” Trump told the crowd of women. “I never saw a ball hit so hard, hit the girl in the head.”

Fox News host Harris Faulkner moderated the town hall event in Georgia on Wednesday.
Their reasoning was that it is within the president’s authority to prohibit transgender people from playing organized sports with women.
“Other people, even in volleyball, have been permanently injured and very seriously injured,” he continues.
‘We absolutely stop it. You can’t have it. He is a man who participates in the game.
Then Faulkner intervenes and pressures the former commander in chief.
‘So how can it be stopped? Did you get into sports leagues? Go to the Olympic council? the Fox News host asks.
‘You just ban it. The president forbids it, you just don’t let it happen,” Trump quickly responds.
Fleming (pictured), a redshirt senior in his third season on San Jose State’s roster, is at the center of a class-action lawsuit filed against the NCAA after it was alleged he was a biological male.

The crowd of women burst into praise for the former president’s political proposal.
Vice President Kamala Harris was also asked Wednesday about her stance on transgenderism.
Fox News host Bret Baier asked whether Harris supports taxpayer-funded sex surgeries for trans inmates and illegal immigrants during his long-awaited interview with the candidate.
“All transgender inmates in the prison system would have access,” Harris is seen saying in 2019, which the Trump campaign has repurposed in an ad attacking the Democrat. Baier asked him if he still has the same beliefs.
‘So, you’re still in favor of using taxpayer money to help prisoners or detained illegal aliens transition to another gender?’ Baier asked.
Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris attended a one-on-one interview with Fox News host Bret Baier on Wednesday. During the interview, she is pressed about her stance on taxpayer-funded sex surgeries for immigrants and prisoners, to which she opaquely says she would “follow the law.”
Harris responded without saying what she personally believes: “I will follow the law.”
He then launched into an attack on Trump without clarifying his position.
