Trump shooter ‘down’: Secret Service agents heard screams moments after gunshots at former president’s Pennsylvania rally

Secret Service agents were heard shouting “The shooter is down” moments after shots were fired at a Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday.

Male and female voices could be heard repeating the phrase moments after the shots rang out and Trump crouched down with blood coming from his ear.

Trump’s team says the former president is “doing fine.” Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the shooter was injured, killed or arrested, and his identity has not been released.

The Trump campaign has not yet said whether the president was shot or grazed during the shooting. A medical helicopter was seen taking off from the rally site 19 minutes after the shooting and is believed to be headed to a hospital in nearby Pittsburgh. The New York Times reported.

Dramatic images across the world showed sounds of explosions as the 2024 presidential candidate stood on stage addressing a large crowd of supporters.

Trump could be seen crouching as screams rang out and fans in MAGA shirts behind him threw themselves to the ground.
