She dropped to #15 and then underwent a revised bypass in March 2024. Now, Issy has lost #11, 10 pounds.

She currently weighs 13 pounds and was “quite surprised that people showed up who wouldn’t have entertained her before.”

He realized he needed to do something for his health when he couldn’t walk up the stairs without getting out of breath.

“It was embarrassing to be so young and not in shape,” he revealed. “It was very overwhelming to lose so much weight.”

He had previously tried several different diets but never found anything that worked.

Issy underwent a clinical trial for the Saxenda weight loss vaccine in late 2021 and lost two kilos, bringing her to 18 pounds and 11 pounds for her surgery. She underwent gastric sleeve surgery in September 2022 and said her “life changed” after the procedure.

He had “taken his life back,” followed a healthy diet of home-cooked meals and started going to the gym.

But after reaching 15th place, he found he was struggling to lose more weight, which was “really frustrating.”

“They told me they needed to operate again,” he explained.
