Former President Donald Trump said he will visit the border in the coming weeks after being invited by Border Patrol, taking out Biden for reversing his ‘Stay in Mexico’ policy.
Trump also called the abolition of the Migrant Protection Protocol a “very bad decision,” in an interview with Fox News judge Jeanine Pirro on Saturday.
‘Well, a lot of people want me to do that, the Border Patrol and the people at ICE want me to be there and have asked me to go. I feel like I owe them a little bit, ”Trump said.
‘They are wonderful people who do a fantastic job. It is impossible with what they did to stay in Mexico. Now, by the way, they stay in the United States, stay in and never leave. ‘
He added: ‘Right now, thousands and thousands of people are joining. And millions of people will flow into our country. It will destroy our country. It’s a very, very dangerous situation. ‘

Trump said he “would like not to be involved” while adding he does not think “there is a rush” for him to go.
‘Millions of people will flow into our country. It is a very dangerous situation. I would like not to be involved. Someone else should. ‘
Trump also praised his relationship with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and condemned Biden for ending it.
He has to go and make the decision to stay in Mexico. He put an end to that, ”Trump said.
It’s unbelievable. We can no longer get along with Mexico. We have a great President of Mexico who has been great to me. ‘
Trump said Mexico had 28,000 soldiers preventing people from coming to the United States before praising its signature border wall.
The wall is only a few weeks from completion. It took 2 1/2 years to start because the Democrats in Congress sued us 11 different times.
Trump last visited the border during his final weeks in office when he traveled to Alamo, Texas, to celebrate the completion of more than 450 miles of his border wall.
Since then, the United States has seen an unprecedented wave of migrants at the border as the number of unaccompanied children is on track to exceed the number as of May 2019.
U.S. border agents carried out 100,441 arrests or expulsions of migrants at the border with Mexico in February – the highest monthly total since a 2019 border crisis, U.S. Customs and Border Protection recently said.
President Joe Biden claimed on Wednesday that a “wave” of migrants began on the southern border during the Trump administration.
Biden also blamed Trump for scrapping a $ 700 million foreign aid program that would have prevented the migration wave by strengthening the economies of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
