While Trump continues to dominate the Republican primary polls, he finds himself increasingly in legal trouble, with a fourth indictment potentially on the table before the end of the month in Fulton County, Georgia.

“OUR COUNTRY IS BEING DESTROYED BY A MAN WITH THE MIND, IDEAS AND IQ OF A FIRST GRADE lad,” Trump posted Thursday morning, noting Biden’s “Open Border CATASTROPHE.”

In a second post, Trump added: “I think Crooked Joe Biden is not only dumb and incompetent, I think he has gone MAD, a delusional lunatic, with his HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS, OPEN BORDERS AND DOJ/FBI WEAPONING POLICIES.” . .’

‘IT IS A MENTAL CATASTROPHE LEADING OUR COUNTRY TO HELL!’ added the former president.

The former president has long claimed that the FBI and Justice Department have become “weapons” against Republicans, which is why he is facing an unprecedented legal battle on multiple fronts.

Trump’s tirade came as his loyal aide, Walt Nauta, was in court Thursday morning in Florida for his role in the classified documents fiasco.

The former president was allowed to skip that court date, which is an arraignment for the earlier indictment, which claimed Trump had ordered aides to destroy surveillance camera footage at Mar-a-Lago.

And then, on Friday, Trump’s lawyers are expected to appear in DC court with lawyers from special counsel Jack Smith’s team to discuss what the former president can say publicly about the 2020 election interference and the September 6 case. January, his third indictment of the year.

During a campaign appearance in New Hampshire on Tuesday, Trump criticized any attempt to gag him as he runs for the White House for a third time.

Trump called it “election interference.”

“Crooked Joe now wants the bully prosecutor, this deranged guy, to file an injunction taking away my First Amendment rights so I can’t speak,” Trump said, earning boos from the crowd.

“I’ll talk about it, I’ll do it,” he added. “You will not take away my First Amendment rights,” Trump said to cheers.

He will continue to travel to the early states of the competition this weekend with a Saturday appearance at the Iowa State Fair.

As a 2015 presidential candidate, Trump gave helicopter rides to crowds at the fair.

Almost all of the Republican presidential candidates will appear at the annual event during its 10-day span.

The latest Iowa poll, conducted by The New York Times and Siena Collegeit has Trump 24 points ahead of second-place candidate Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
