Trump raises questions about DeSantis’ sexuality and ‘underage’ classmates

Date:

Donald Trump’s first public reaction to Ron DeSantis’s comments about possible impeachment was to post a repeated unsubstantiated allegation that the Florida governor engaged in inappropriate relationships with “underage” classmates.

The quick two-sentence post included several suggestions, including that the governor is inexperienced due to his age, as well as questions about his sexuality and whether he has had inappropriate interactions with men.

Trump, 76, warned DeSantis, 44, that he would soon have to put up with even more “false accusations and false stories” with his rising national prominence as a leader within the Republican Party.

The Truth Social post came after DeSantis broke his silence on a possible impending indictment by attacking “Soros-funded” Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg during his press conference on Monday.

Trump also used his new favorite nickname for the governor, Ron “DeSanctimonious,” as he quickly became the biggest threat to the former president’s chances of winning the nomination.

Donald Trump responded to Ron DeSantis’s comments about possible impeachment by repeating allegations that the Florida governor and the former teacher had inappropriate relationships with their students, and suggesting that he, too, had such relationships with men.

DeSantis criticized Bragg for creating a “manufactured circus” in his first comments since rumors surfaced that Trump would be impeached on Tuesday and soon after called on his supporters to “outcry” any arrests.

‘Ron DeSanctimonious will probably find out about the FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND FALSE STORIES at some point in the future, as he gets older, wiser and more well known, when he is unfairly and illegally targeted by a woman, even classmates who are’ underage’ (or possibly a Male!)’, Trump wrote.

‘I’m sure you’ll want to fight these misfits like me!’ added the former president in the publication of his Truth Social platform.

Trump’s inner circle criticized DeSantis, and other announced and perceived 2024 hopefuls, for keeping quiet about claims the former president will be arrested in the Stormy Daniels secret money case on Tuesday.

It illustrates how the latest legal twist offers potential rivals to Trump for the 2024 Republican nomination a dilemma: Do they speak out against the former president for his indiscretions, or do they stay away for fear of alienating his vocal and restless base?

DeSantis handled both on Monday, saying he didn’t know “what it takes to pay a porn star money to ensure silence about some kind of alleged affair,” before going on to accuse Bragg of ignoring New York’s rising crime and , instead, chase Triumph.

“So I’ve seen rumors, I haven’t seen any facts yet,” he said. The Manhattan District Attorney is a Soros-funded prosecutor.

He, like other Soros-funded prosecutors, uses his office as a weapon to impose a political agenda on society at the expense of the rule of law and public safety.

It has downgraded more than 50 percent of felonies to misdemeanors. He says that he doesn’t even want to spend time in jail for the vast, vast majority of crimes.

‘What I can talk about is if you have a prosecutor who is ignorant of the crimes that occur every day in their jurisdiction, and they choose to go back many, many years, to try to use something about secret porn star payments.

“You know, that’s an example of pursuing a political agenda and arming the office.”

Bragg’s office is believed to be nearing the end of its investigation into payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about an affair with Trump, allegations he has long denied.

His office is not funded by Soros, although his campaign to become district attorney received $1 million from the Color Of Change Political Action Committee, a racial justice group backed by the Hungarian-born billionaire financier.

Soros is a favorite target of conservatives. Since the January 6 attack on Congress, he has used his vast wealth to back candidates he says promote democracy and the rule of law.

But extremists in the far reaches of the Internet have seized on his family history to suggest that he is part of a Jewish conspiracy that secretly controls the levers of power.

Trump’s eldest son, Don Jr., hit back at DeSantis, saying he was weak in suggesting that Democrats “weaponized the law to impeach President Trump” was not a real problem.

In his remarks during a press conference, DeSantis also made it clear that he would not get involved in the Trump case.

“I have real issues that I have to deal with here in the state of Florida,” he said.

‘We have so many things pending before the legislature. I have to spend my time on issues that really matter to people.

I can’t waste time worrying about things of that nature.

The Make America Great Again PAC, a Trump ally, criticized DeSantis for dismissing the issue.

“Democrats abusing the justice system to attack Republicans is a real problem that affects all Americans,” he said in a blast email.

And Donald Trump Jr accused the Florida governor of being weak.

So DeSantis believes that Democrats weaponizing the law to impeach President Trump is a “manufactured circus” and not a “real problem.” Pure weakness,’ he tweeted.

Now we know why he was silent all weekend. It is wholly owned by Karl Rove, Paul Ryan and their billionaire donors. Opposition 100 percent controlled.

Meanwhile, the NYPD prepares for the worst.

The New York police built barriers around the Manhattan court complex on Monday morning amid fears of violent demonstrations.

That includes the district attorney’s office.

In an email to staff on Saturday, first reported by Politico, Bragg tried to assure prosecutors and other members of his office that he has been working with police and court officials to ensure their safety.

“We do not tolerate attempts to intimidate our office or threaten the rule of law in New York,” he wrote. “Our law enforcement partners will ensure that any specific or credible threats against the office are fully investigated.”
