Former President Trump has hired Gilgo Beach serial murder suspect Rex Heuermann for a $200,000 architect job on one of his most prized Wall Street properties.
First reported by the royal deala 2018 filing with the New York City Department of Buildings shows that the Trump Organization had employed the alleged serial killer in 2018.
Heuermann’s firm, RH Consultants & Associates, had been hired for a job on the 72-story Trump Building on Wall Street in Manhattan’s financial district.
According to the filing, the architectural firm was contracted for a “renovation of office space on the 17th floor to include minor changes to partitions and plumbing.” The estimated total cost of the work amounted to just over $205,000.
Heuermann, 59, was dramatically arrested on the street last Thursday night on suspicion of some of the most gruesome and prolific unsolved murders in New York State.

The Trump Building on Wall Street, shown here, had been purchased by the former president in the 1990s.

Former President Trump is said to have paid less than $8 million for the property, which had previously been the tallest building in the world.
Steve Lafiosca, appointed vice president of property management for The Trump Organization, is listed under owner information in the documentation.
The 1930 building was once the tallest in the world and was first purchased by the former president in 1995 for less than $8 million.
Other clients listed for Heuermann’s Manhattan business, which he founded in 1994, include brands like Target, Footlocker, Nike and Cipriani.
Services include architecture, interior design, and construction department streamlining.
Heuermann was dramatically arrested last Thursday in Midtown Manhattan outside his Fifth Avenue firm, 13 years after the discovery of four bodies on Gilgo Beach, all wrapped in camouflaged burlap sacks.
In total, the bodies of 11 people have been found in that same section, including a small child.
He is accused of murdering three of the Gilgo Beach victims: Melissa Barthelemy, Megan Waterman and Amber Costello. He has pleaded not guilty.
He is also considered the prime suspect in the death of a fourth woman, Maureen Brainard-Barnes.
His body was bound and hidden in thick brush along a remote beach road, and authorities have not ruled out charging him with more murders.
Since his arrest last week, investigators have been searching his Long Island home and removing evidence.

More recently, this equated to a torn and stained shirt and a set of handcuff keys in a garage.
A fleet of forensic investigators is searching the 59-year-old architect’s ‘dungeon-like’ home in Massapequa Park for a sixth day.

Among the items on the list were a rope stored in a vault, a torn men’s shirt with a stain in a bag, and handcuff keys on a shelf under a workbench.
It’s unclear when those specific items were removed from the home or if they were linked to the investigation, but officers have been searching the property for “trophies” that may be linked to the victims.
Police removed a massive haul of more than 200 guns from the house on Sunday.

Suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann kept a torn and stained shirt and handcuff keys in a workshop at his Long Island home.
In recent days, a variety of items have been brought out including a child-sized blonde doll kept in a wooden box, a cat and Playboy magazines.
Investigators have also been searching two storage units connected to Heuermann and multiple boxes were detected outside one on Wednesday.
Blue tarps and white tents have been erected outside the unit to close off the scene.
Neighbors previously said the suspected serial killer had always been creepy, leading some adults to instruct their children to avoid the suburban home.
A neighbor, Etienne Devilliers, said Wednesday that Heuermann peeked over the fence to see his wife sunbathing when they first moved in.
He said he initially thought Heuermann was “just being friendly”, but a conversation between the two men afterwards was “unpleasant”, although after the incident it was always “friendly and pleasant”.
He stopped, he didn’t argue with me. In the middle of the conversation she would say “me, being 6 foot 4, 200 pounds”. The guy was weird but never violent,” she said.
He described Heuermann’s wife as “equally strange” and “very isolated” and mostly to herself.
Another Massapequa resident who lives three blocks away said Heuermann was often seen on the Long Island Rail Road going into town.
“I’ve seen him on the train, he’s got a distinctive look, he’s not a little guy,” Ricky Tavella said.
‘It’s extremely sad. I can’t stand this guy’s house being in my neighborhood.

Rex Heuermann is shown in one of his Tinder profile photos. Police traced the fictitious email account he used in the profile and his phone number for the case.

Etienne Devilliers, pictured here, said Wednesday that Heuermann leaned over the fence to watch his wife sunbathe when they first moved in.

Old copies of Playboy were removed from the house this week and put in test vans.

New York State Troopers removed hundreds of weapons from a ‘walled vault’ inside Heuermann’s home over the weekend.
The investigation into Heuermann now spans at least three states, including South Carolina, where he owns property, and Nevada, where he owned a Sin City condo.
Last week, police seized a rare first-generation Chevy Avalanche at his younger brother Craig’s home in rural Chester.
Exclusive images from DailyMail.com show that New York State investigators examined the truck before it began its northbound journey on Tuesday.
Police linked the avalanche to the murder of Amber Costello, one of the sex workers whose body was found in December 2010. She had disappeared three months earlier.
DailyMail.com understands that Heuermann sold the vehicle to his brother, who has been regularly driving it on the roads around their 18-acre compound in Chester, South Carolina.
Neighbors told DailyMail.com Craig was often seen driving the vehicle around the area, stuffing the back with wood and other items to patch up holes in his property.

Heuermann’s rare first-generation Chevy Avalanche was seized by cops in rural South Carolina and is now making its way back to New York.

Forensic investigators continue to search Heuermann’s property
Neighbors described Craig, 57, as ‘crazy’ and ‘insane’, with one expressing concern about ‘bodies being buried’ on the property, which is posted with No Trespassing signs, one of which warns ‘No Warrant, No Entry’.
They said: ‘You hear all kinds of things, gunshots in the middle of the night and heavy machinery. He makes you wonder.
‘Nobody knows why they actually bought the land. They’ve been trying to make a military-style composite out of what Craig said. He also hunts on his land.
Neighbors confirmed that the vehicle seized by police was regularly driven by Craig, as court documents showed that Rex was the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of the murders.
